Cant upload video image file

I cant upload a simple doc or pdf file in the image release section. My file was too big so I sent that via email. However, you need to upload something as that is a starred field. Itried with just a one page document but that also does not work. Anyone else having this problem?

    Hi Naveen,

    There are currently no known issues with the submission form, and I was able to upload a .doc file to the required field.

    Help!! Samantha, I can't upload anything in image release section! I also have sent documents via e-mail because the file was too large.
    The form requires something in that field. The only way I can upload is as a pdf. Not working!!!
