Voting not counting

Some of my colleagues and friends are having concerns that their votes are not counting. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

This program is very community-socially oriented because anyone who is over-weight, low in energy, or having a sedentary life-style can enjoy this low-intensity physical activity program. The participants are feeling happier and having fun. Please join this program and take the advantage of this activity program to become fit and lean. Be happy!!!

I believe the issue with votes is the time of day.
The "clock" changes at midnight on Eastern Standard Time. You can only vote ONCE every 24 hours. So if you voted within a 24 hour time period, you need to come back after that 24 hour time period,

It is voting only once per 24 hour day, but I've seen firs time votes fail as well as those who absolutely did not vote for a day or so previously.

Another strange thing was that one day, we were in 16th position... and I noted several videos ahead of us and several behind us. Later that day, we were 17th but the same several were in front and behind us. The only explanation was that a video that had been WAY behind us jumped many hundreds of votes in a few hours. Since we're a well established national program and we know how challenging it is to get the votes, and since most of the videos are local programs, Its hard to see how a local program with presumably local only interest would leapfrog over 5 or 6 other entries in only a few hours. It is not impossible... but it certainly is strange....

It is possible that people have signed in on more than one device. However, the votes will be verified later so not to worry.

That would make sense... especially if several people in a family share a computer... or friends share one at a library
