The Health Ministry together with the Children's Ministry joined hands in promoting healthy lifestyle for the children of Filipino Capitol Seventh Day Adventist Church. Our program of keeping our members active and fit is a whole year round so members especially the children can make it a habit.

Health is wealth, and what better way to start than to get the kids enthused with developing healthy habits and a lifestyle that is based on plant foods, plenty of exercise, fresh air and sunlight, trust in God, and involvement in the community. Kudos to FilCap kids!

i have started a new lifestyle change by improving the way i eat
and i can see the results-it's hard work but it can be done
and i am 59 yrs old!- i am glad these kids are starting early and they are
given a chance to improve the way they eat, that is when i say
"GOOD JOB!!!
